Spring Term 2024, 4/11/2024 - 6/13/2024. Thursdays 6:00 PM-10:00 PM

Students are expected to gain an understanding of how managerial and organizational processes work based on the behavioral sciences. They will use this information to analyze workplace behavior to improve motivation and commitment, leadership, job satisfaction, group and team dynamics, and organizational design.

Qualifications:

- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Organizational Behavior, Management, Leadership, Strategy or a closely related field a current publication record in the field.

Candidates should have a successful record of teaching experience at the undergraduate level and experience/familiarity with online/hybrid instruction in order to prepare for contingencies. This position requires all course work to be performed in the state of California. Candidates must perform all course-related work within the state of California.

The salary range for this position is $6,480 -$10,008 dependent on qualifications. The salary range for this position is covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the College and SEIU, Local 1021, available here.
