Job Profile Summary

Under limited supervision, this position will coordinate events and activities to inform and recruit students for the BC Partnership Transfer Programs (as well as Dual Enrollment and Honors) on campus including but not limited to: open house events and new student orientations.

  

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Social Sciences and/or Education is required.
  • An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered where applicable.  

Minimum Experience/Training:

  • Four year of relevant experience.  

Essential Functions:

  • Weekly - 30%: Develops, maintains, and implements articulation agreements/memorandums of understanding and partnership evaluation processes in coordination with internal stakeholders and external agencies. Serves as liaison between BC, school districts (when applicable) and 4 year institutions for articulated associate and bachelor programs.
  • Daily - 20%: Advises students on articulation agreements and course offerings; process student documentation for dual enrollment
  • Semester Basis - 20%: Leads in the implementation and enhancement efforts for articulation and transfer, and serving as liaison for internal/external stakeholders
  • Annually - 5%: Works collaboratively with BC colleagues to implement student focused career and major exploration events.
  • Quarterly - 10%: Assists with the development of marketing materials related to articulation. Markets articulation information by posting relevant articles on the BC website, develops brochures, posters, and flyers. Creates and conducts AA/AS/BAS articulation presentations.
  • Annually - 5%: Attends local, state and national conferences and actively participates in meetings/workshops where transfer and articulation issues are being addressed.
  • Other - 5%: Collaborates with the pathway communities on the maintenance of existing and creation of new program maps for the AA transfer and AS/BS/BAS programs.
  • Other - 5%: Performs related duties as assigned.

  • Requires advanced knowledge of computerized systems and operating environments i.e. Microsoft Office Products and specialized computer systems spec
