Salary: Grade 7 (£37,099 – £44,263 p.a. depending on experience)
This role is internal to University of Leeds employees.
Fixed term for 12 months to complete specific time limited work.
We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
The Faculty of Environment is looking to recruit a dynamic individual to help deliver a growing number of projects linked to its faculty strategy. These projects span a range of areas including, but not limited to, student education, research and innovation, international, operations and EDI. They are often complex in nature involving people, structural and business change, with an aim of enhancing organisational effectiveness.
This is an exciting role with scope for the postholder to be involved in a wide portfolio of projects across the faculty, including projects focussed on space and facilities, governance, communications, and process improvement. The successful candidate with be skilled at juggling priorities, delivering projects through their lifecycle and providing accurate and articulate reports on their progress. With relevant project experience, you will have some understanding of the HE environment and the ability to challenge accepted norms, as well as being comfortable working within ambiguity and with limited supervision
