Job Overview
The School of Information Technology at the University of Cincinnati seeks to hire an Ohio Cyber Range Analyst II for the OCRI to support the Ohio Persistent Cyber Improvement for Local Government Project (O-PCI), funded by the State of Ohio through a U.S. Department of Homeland Security Cyber and Infrastructure Security Agency State and Local Cyber Improvement Grant. This is a grant-funded position; the continuation of this position will be based on the availability of funds and the continuation of the grant. Under general supervision from the Assistant Director for the Ohio Cyber Range, the OCR Analyst II will be responsible for leading the day-to-day implementation of OCRI partner success strategies with more than one key partner and leading the Ohio Cyber Range cloud resources.

Essential Functions
Review requests from external key partners for use of OCRI programs. Document the needs of the OCRI key partners.
Manage the implementation of OCR programs to resolve basic or moderate issues and meet partner needs.
In coordination with university IT and in compliance with university policies, support in development, implementation, and administration of OCR cloud resources to meet partners' needs.
Assists with the management, development, and implementation of processes to ensure success of OCRI partners.
Manage OCR program events to support key partners and student workers. Ensure learning goals are met and troubleshoot as needed throughout event.
Account for and safeguards OCR capital and operational resources.
Support team training programs.
Oversee the work of student workers.
Perform related duties based on departmental need. This job description can be changed at any time.
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.

Required Experience
Three (3) years of relevant experience, to include co-op and/or internship experience.

Additional Qualifications Considered
Experience working on the Ohio Cyber Range or equivalent environment preferred
An IAT level II DoD approved 8570 Baseline Certification.
Master’s degree in IT or related field.
