Qualifications:
ORB 505.01 (Formerly ORB 315), Ethical & Social Issues in Business

Summer Quarter Term: In-Person, Wednesdays 7/10 - 9/11, 6:00pm - 10:00pm.

Location: Moraga Campus.



Applicant Must Reside in California

This course examines the relationship between business and its social setting. Topics include non-market environments of business, issues of ethics and social responsibility in market systems, relations between social trends and politics, comparative market systems, regulation and externalities, and corporate governance issues.



Qualifications:

- Ph.D. degree in Organizational Behavior, Management, Leadership, Strategy or a closely related field and a recent publication record in the field

OR

- A Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior, Management, Leadership, Strategy or a closely related field and five years of current, relevant professional experience.

This position requires all coursework to be performed in the state of California. Candidates must perform all course-related work within the state of California.

Candidates should have a successful record of teaching experience at the graduate level and experience/familiarity with online/hybrid instruction in order to prepare for contingencies.
