Qualifications:
FIN 305.01, Intermediate Corporate Finance
Fall Semester, 08/26/2024 - 12/15/2024, TTH 8:00 AM - 9:40 AM

This course focuses on advanced topics in corporate finance. Topics may include corporate valuation, dividend policy, capital structure, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, and bankruptcy & reorganizations.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. degree in Finance or a closely related field and a recent publication record in the field, OR
- A master’s degree in finance or a closely related field and five years of current, relevant professional experience.
- Candidates should have a successful record of teaching experience at the undergraduate level and experience/familiarity with online/hybrid instruction in order to prepare for contingencies. This position requires all course work to be performed in the state of California. Candidates must perform all course-related work within the state of California.
Salary: $6,480 and $10,308 dependent on qualifications. The salary range for this position is covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the College and SEIU 1021, available here.
