Position Description:

The Department of Theatre Arts invites applications for part-time lecturers to teach online or face-to-face undergraduate/graduate courses for Spring, Summer and Fall 2024-25 semesters, pending administrative and budgetary approval. We are particularly interested in candidates with the ability to teach general education courses, technical theatre/management courses, playwrighting/new play development courses, and acting courses.


The successful candidate should have a terminal academic degree (M.F.A.) in a theatre related field or equivalent professional experience as well as experience working in diverse environment and/or with students from diverse backgrounds. Teaching experience at the collegiate level and familiarity with cyberspace-educational platforms (for online courses) are required.
