The IEE division provides infrastructure and resources to support data-informed and equity-minded academic and administrative decision making, assessment for pedagogical and curriculum development, institutional priorities and strategic plans, and accreditation. The Institutional and Educational Effectiveness (IEE) coordinator supports this mission by coordinating projects, maintaining accurate and up-to-date tracking and documentation, assisting with the production of a campus-wide annual report stemming from program and administrative review activities as well as strategic plan progress. The coordinator is responsible for effective and timely communication with faculty and staff across campus. The Institutional and Educational Effectiveness Coordinator reports to the Vice Provost for Institutional and Educational Effectiveness and is responsible for coordinating projects and maintaining processes related to assessment, accreditation, the strategic plan, data governance, academic program review, administrative department reviews, and other initiatives under institutional and educational effectiveness.
Requirements
Education: REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree PREFERRED: Master's degree
Experience:
  • Minimum two years of experience (preferred) with the basic office functions, such as tracking and documentation.
  • Experience using Google and Microsoft Office suites, including Google Docs, Excel/Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Powerpoint/Slides.
  • Comfortable and effective in working with faculty and staff from various departments.
  • Experience working independently and in collaboration with a team.
  • Experience organizing events and projects, including documenting the activities.
  • Demonstrated experience in completing tasks with accuracy and within deadlines in collaboration with groups of collaborators, projects, and multi-phased processes.
  • Familiarity with using software or a project management platform, and/or the demonstrated ability to learn new platforms.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in collaborating and working professionally in a culturally diverse environment.

Skills/Abilities:
  • Highly developed organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Highly developed skills in spreadsheet (Excel and Google Sheet) for tracking and project management.
  • Exemplary communication skills (both written and oral) evidenced by the ability to succinctly, clearly, and professionally communicate tasks to faculty and staff across campus.
  • Ability to follow instructions and directions for various projects and tasks.
  • Ability to carry out multiple tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ability to approach tasks with a service-oriented mind.

Salary Description $66,000 - $68,000/year
