Job Description Summary:

To provide temporary assistance as needed

Job Description:

Serve as an advocate for students and build rapport and trust to support successful goal completion; assist students with identifying, planning for, and overcoming potential obstacles and setting goals for clinical skills and career success.

*Assist students with goal setting and provide continuous communication and follow-up with both the student and faculty. 

* Assist with student's with organizing for their skills classes and skills checkoff's to help them navigate their role as a student nurse.

·  Monitor the progress of students and provide encouragement and support necessary to enable students to successfully complete their nursing courses and prepare for the NCLEX-RN examination.

·  Maintain accurate, organized, completed, and detailed records; develop and maintain reports as required or assigned.
