• 36 months food service experience.

Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of converting measurements.
• Advanced knowledge of kitchen equipment and supplies.
• Ability to plan a health conscience menu.
• Ability to interpret information.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to understand profit and loss statement.

Certifications:

• Food Handling and Sanitation Certification from the State of Oklahoma

Advertised Physical Requirements:

• Standard Restaurant Environment.

Departmental Preferences:

• Familiarity with preparation of gourmet and/or specialty type menu items.
• Experience with menu planning and costing.
• Experience in complete kitchen management, ethnic cooking (including baking), salad preparation, entrée selection, and pairing.
