Job Summary
Reports to: Assistant Director, Pipeline Performance and Strategic Initiatives
Supervises: N/A
As the Operations Analyst, you will collaborate with our Prospect Development and Analytics (PDA) team and other university stakeholders to enhance the university's overall fundraising performance. You will serve as a liaison to schools, colleges, and units and will analyze and synthesize information to monitor our fundraising progress, benchmark and track internal and external philanthropic trends, and assess fundraising feasibility and resourcing requirements for university initiatives, schools, colleges, and units. You will work collaboratively across many development teams and will independently manage your workload.
The PDA team is a strategic branch of the Office of University Development's fundraising operation. Our team partners with development leadership, frontline fundraisers, and pipeline teams to provide insights and strategic guidance which optimize fundraising performance and enhance prospect and donor engagement across the University's entire constituent and donor pipeline.

Required Qualifications*
One or more years of office experience with a bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
Proven track record of collaboration and effectively building and maintaining strong professional relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to express information concisely, written or verbal
Prioritize work and exercise critical thinking skills to determine the best use of time and resources
Experience reading, comprehending, and evaluating large and complex datasets with the ability to synthesize information and create clear, well-written analyses and recommendations
Ability to navigate unfamiliar information systems, with computing and online research skills
Proficiency using relational database software, online databases, and Microsoft Office suite
