Position Information
Description & Details: The Office of Admission is seeking an organized, attentive, and collaborative team member for our Admission Officer position. The Admission Officer processes undergraduate applications for admission and supports other functions of the Office of Admission.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM, 7:30 AM-4 PM during breaks and summer

Hiring Range: $37,000

Pay is based on several factors, including budget, labor market, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and/or certification and other business considerations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate degree (or equivalent)
• Proficiency with personal computing
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate requirements and status to applicants both orally and in writing
• Ability to effectively work with a wide range of people
• Customer service experience
• Good interpersonal, oral & written communication skills
• Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace and in the student body
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two years office experience directly related to information processing
• Experience working in a university setting
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft Campus Connection or other student records system
• Knowledge of perceptive Content or other document imaging system
• Demonstration of organizational abilities
