Job Summary
We seek a full-time Desktop Support Technician to support technology at our State Street location. This position will focus on supporting audiovisual technology in two classrooms and an event space while also providing first-tier desktop support to faculty and staff. The role is temporary, limited to 12 months, and work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities*
Classroom & AV Support

Provide technical guidance, set up and troubleshoot classroom technology, perform routine equipment checks, and respond to support requests.
Event Support

Set up and support event technology, provide technical recommendations, and collaborate with internal and external organizers.
Desktop Support

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, escalating complex problems as needed. Maintain devices in coordination with technical teams.
Required Qualifications*
Experience providing desktop support in a professional environment.
Familiarity with audiovisual technology and classroom/event technology setup.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work collaboratively with technical teams.

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
