The Assistant Director of Compliance will be responsible for understanding and administering the NCAA rules and institutional policy applicable to the areas of student-athlete employment, housing and vehicles, as well as outside consultants, awards and promotional items and appearances.

 

Job Requirements

Required Education:   Bachelor's degree, AND: 

  • 6 months experience in one of the following areas: legal, business, management, leadership, compliance, or administrative.

Skills:

  • Detail oriented for accuracy of data and information. 
  • Able to communicate well and build rapport quickly with students, faculty and staff. 
  • Must be able to read and interpret policy. 
  • Strong initiative to solve problems in a timely manner. 
  • Highly organized and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Certifications:

  • None.

Advertised Physical Requirements:

  •  Sit for prolonged periods. Communicate effectively. Ability to engage in repetitive motion. Standard office environment.
